Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in BPO industry or related field (call center environment). Strong understanding of handling NHT calls, OJT methodologies, sales training principles, product training techniques. Excellent soft skills training expertise; ability to design engaging training programs.

Responsibilities: Identify patients who are in need of funds as per criteria defined by the company.
