Complete Web Graphics, a Kolkata-based website design, development and digital marketing agency. We are looking to welcome a Sr. Business Development Executive with right skills, knowledge, and experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skill – both written and verbal.

Familiarity with various digital marketing concepts is preferred for effective communication with client’s.

Selected individual should be responsible for managing the bid process, using platforms, such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform Market Research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
• Identify and research online freelancing platform, such as Upwork, freelancer, Fiverr to select suitable project opportunities
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through email marketing
• Develop and implement various sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• In addition to bidding, you should also focus on networking through various social media platforms, groups, etc., to expand company's reach and generate leads
• Craft effective business proposals outlining the scope, timeline, budget, and services to be offered
• Communicate with clients through messages and emails to address their concerns, negotiate project terms, and build rapport
• Analyse competitors’ bids and pricing strategies to determine competitive advantages
• Ensure the bids are well-written, accurate, and free of inconsistencies
• Ensure timely bid submission
• Maintain positive client relationships and provide excellent customer support throughout project life cycle
• Maintain records of bid submitted, projects won, and revenue generated from each platform

Skills Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Online Bidding
• Self-motivated and result oriented
• Knowledge of various digital solutions – Web Design and Development, SEO, SMM
• Good understanding of English
• Must have experience in lead generation and converting them to sales
• Knowledge of market research techniques
• Previous experience as a marketing executive or business development executive
