Complete Web Graphics is a Kolkata-based website design and development company. We are looking for a creative Web Designer with approximately 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design tools to create visually stunning and user-friendly web interfaces. Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design & Prototyping:

• Candidate should design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma.
• Create pixel-perfect, user-friendly, and interactive designs for web applications.
• Conduct user research and apply UX best practices to improve engagement.

Graphic Design & Branding:

• Develop visually appealing web layouts, banners, and graphics using Adobe Photoshop.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and assets.
• Create UI components, icons, and other graphical elements for web applications.
• Implement the best UI/UX practices in development.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in UI/UX Design Tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design tools
• Design Principles: Must have strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Design concepts - Should have concepts of Responsive design, UX/UI design
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Have prior experience in creating interactive prototypes.
• Attention to Detail: The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to create pixel-perfect designs and ensure consistency.
• Problem-solving: Should have the ability to analyze user needs and design intuitive solutions accordingly.
• Stay updated - Updated with design technologies, tools, software, and trends
