Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies. Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and deal information. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
