Role: Senior Business Development Executive Location: Navi Mumbai Team: Growth & Hustle Squad(BD) Experience: 4-6 years Industry: Facility Management | MEP | Engineering Services Who Are We Looking For? A high-energy sales pro who can lead from the front. You know how to hunt leads, close deals, and make clients feel like theyve made the smartest decision of the year. Youve done this before. Now, you want to do it with a team that actually gives a damn . What Youll Own: Lead the full sales cycle — prospect, pitch, propose, close Sell our A-to-Z of FM services: HVAC, MEP, Housekeeping, Pest Control & more Work with the ops & tech teams to build custom solutions for each client Meet Facility Heads, Admins, Procurement Heads — and make them say “YES” Negotiate like a boss — pricing, contracts, scope Keep your pipeline strong and clean using CRM Mentor junior execs (because you're that good) Show up at industry events, panels, and forums — as the face of Accordible Smash your targets. Get rewarded.
