What You’ll Do (aka: The Mission) Hunt for business leads like a pro using LinkedIn, web, phone, and anything else that works Connect with decision-makers (think hotels, offices, industrial spaces) and pitch why we’re the better choice Qualify leads Schedule meetings Pass the baton to our Sales Champions Maintain and organize a killer lead pipeline (we love clean CRMs) Work closely with marketing for lead-gen campaigns, email blasts, and outreach hacks Track outreach, responses, and conversions like a true sales scientist Keep learning — we invest in you What You Need to Win Here Solid communication (voice, email, DM — you name it) Hustler mindset with curiosity to learn B2B sales Experience in cold calling / outbound outreach is a big plus Bonus if you know how to work CRMs like Zoho or HubSpot Research ninja skills Realness — no fake talk, no robotic scripts What Makes Us Different?
