About the Role

proactive and dynamic Lead Generation Executive


🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling:

    Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce Black Swan's services and identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement:

    Build instant rapport, maintain regular communication, and establish professional relationships with prospects.
  • Lead Management:

    Source, qualify (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.), and nurture leads through a combination of calls, emails, and online research.
  • Sales Handoff:

    Assign thoroughly qualified leads to Sales Consultants and ensure a smooth, timely transition and follow-up process.
  • Meeting Coordination:

    Efficiently arrange, coordinate, and confirm meetings and appointments between prospects and consultants.
  • Follow-through:

    Actively ensure scheduled meetings take place, and promptly follow up on all no-shows and reschedules.
  • CRM Expertise:

    Maintain meticulous records by updating all lead details, progress, and interaction history in

    Zoho CRM

    .
  • Reporting:

    Compile and share accurate daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and meeting outcomes.

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    B.Com degree or higher is mandatory.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of

    2+ years

    of demonstrated success in a lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or similar B2B/B2C role.
  • Communication:

    Exceptional

    verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional phone demeanor.
  • Technical Skills:

    Working knowledge of CRM tools is essential; direct experience with

    Zoho CRM is highly preferred.

  • Core Competencies:

  • Strong follow-up and perseverance ability.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proven ability to handle clients and prospects with a professional, persuasive, and service-oriented approach.
