 About Us

We’re a fast-growing SaaS and product-focused technology company delivering advanced

software and IT solutions to clients worldwide. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO, Director, and senior leadership driving business development at events and supporting executive operations.

 What You’ll Do

1. Events and Product Demos

Engage on the Show Floor:


Qualify Leads:

Run Product Demos:

Post-Event Networking:

Secure Stakeholder Meetings:

Travel Planning:

2. Research and Opportunity Hunting

·       Identify trends and growth areas within key verticals like healthcare, finance, and software.

·       Track competitor activities and refine our event strategy accordingly.

·       Create concise market briefs and provide insight reports to leadership.


3. Client Relationship Management

·       Source leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.


·       Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.

·       Work with product and engineering teams to offer tailored solutions.

·       Maintain detailed client interaction logs in the EGC CRM system.


4. Sales and Pipeline Growth

·       Co-develop sales plans with measurable KPIs.

·       Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.


·       Report weekly on performance, pipeline status, and improvement suggestions.

·       Review and improve conversion strategies.


5. Executive and PA Support

·       Act as the Director’s Personal Assistant—manage calendar, meetings, travel, and daily workflow.

·       Prepare decks, agendas, and follow-up documents for high-level meetings.

·       Handle confidential communications and ensure smooth execution of executive priorities.


·       Anticipate needs and proactively organise schedules and logistics.

 What We’re Looking For

·       2–5 years of experience in IT/AI business development with event execution and executive support.


·       Strong presence and confidence at events, both at booths and offsite networking settings.

·       Highly organised, reliable, and discreet with executive assistance experience.

·       Excellent spoken and written English. Professional in tone, presentation, and conduct.


·       Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally on short notice.

·       Good understanding of SaaS, software development cycles, and AI service offerings.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Good to Have

·       Project management experience or certification.

·       Ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

·       Curiosity about tech trends and a genuine interest in building strong partnerships.
