Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and driven Business Development Executives to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with key industry players, and close large-value projects related to modular furniture and turnkey interiors.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and industry research
• Identify interior turnkey and modular furniture project opportunities (minimum carpet area: 3,000 sq. ft.; minimum ticket size: ₹20 lakhs)
• Conduct meetings and presentations with architects, PMCs, MNCs, hotel and hospital clients
• Prepare proposals, submit quotations, and follow up for deal closure
• Collaborate with internal design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain records in CRM and submit daily/weekly reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Interior Design preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in relevant industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willing to travel locally and conduct field visits
• Must own a 2-wheeler with valid license

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing
• Strong network of architects, consultants, and corporates in the applied city
• Prior experience in modular interiors or construction
