Role Overview:

Sr. BDAs

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end closure of leads post-demo.
• Conduct consultative discussions via calls/video to convert interest into enrollments.
• Handle objections, communicate program value, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and share learner insights with internal teams.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in B2C sales (EdTech / Upskilling / High-ticket preferred).
• Strong communication in English + 1 regional language (Hindi, Gujarati, Odia, Malayalam, Bengali, Kannada).
• Proven closing skills and target orientation.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
