Conduct client meetings, need analysis, and plan presentations. 📈 Sales & Revenue AchievementConsistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Promote IndiaFirst Life's protection, savings, retirement & investment products. Convert leads provided by the company and generate self-sourced business. 📞 Lead Management & Follow-upsManage and prioritize high-quality leads. Conduct regular follow-ups to understand customer requirements. Maintain accurate lead and client interaction records. 🧩 Strategy & Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities through networking and market understanding. Support branch activities, campaigns, and promotional events. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management. 👥 Team Support & CoordinationMentor junior team members on sales techniques and product knowledge. Coordinate with branch staff, managers, and channel partners. Help improve overall branch productivity and performance. 📝 Documentation & ComplianceEnsure accurate proposal documentation and compliance with IRDAI norms. Maintain updated reports and submit them regularly to managers.
