Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Senior Business Development Manager – Architects to lead our architect-focused business development strategy. This role is critical to expanding CURA HOME’s presence in premium furniture and interior solutions by building strong partnerships with architects, interior designers, and project consultants. The candidate must bring proven experience in driving revenue through architect networks, leading a team, and managing high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies targeting architects, design firms, and project consultants.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with leading architects and key decision-makers in the design community.

Revenue Generation: Drive consistent project inflows and sales revenue through architect-led collaborations.

Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities in metro and Tier-1 cities, including premium residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

Leadership: Mentor and guide junior business development executives to maximize outreach and performance.

Project Coordination: Work closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely execution of architect-led projects.

Brand Representation: Represent CURA HOME at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales pipelines, partnerships, and market trends to top management.

Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably in furniture, interiors, or real estate industries.

Strong network and relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Deep understanding of architectural workflows, furniture design requirements, and project execution.

Proven track record of meeting revenue targets through architect-led business.

Ability to lead a team and scale architect engagement initiatives across multiple regions.

MBA/PG in Marketing/Business (preferred but not mandatory).
