Furniture Polishing

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Furniture and Decor Spray Polisher to join our team at CURA HOME. In this role, you will be responsible for the application of various spray finishes to furniture and decorative items to ensure a smooth, high-quality, and durable finish. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, experience in spray polishing, and a passion for delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply spray finishes, including lacquer, varnish, and paint, to furniture and decor items.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming as required.
• Ensure proper application techniques for uniform coating and high-quality finishes.
• Maintain and operate spray equipment, including airless sprayers and HVLP systems.
• Inspect furniture and decor pieces for any defects before and after spray application.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper handling of chemicals and materials.
• Perform regular maintenance on spray equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a spray polisher in the furniture or decor industry.
• Strong knowledge of various finishing materials and spray techniques.
• Attention to detail and an eye for high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
