Factory Manager – CURA HOMERole Overview The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the Cherthala factory. Production Planning & Control Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on sales orders and architect/project requirements. Ensure optimal utilization of materials and reduce wastage. 2. Operations & Process Management Supervise CNC operations, polishing, staining, finishing, and final assembly. Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce idle time and improve throughput. Monitor preventive maintenance schedules for machinery (CNC routers, compressors, spray booths, etc.). Enforce factory SOPs, safety standards, and cleanliness. 3. Manpower & Team Supervision Lead and manage carpenters, polishers, upholsterers, weavers, helpers, and machine operators.
