Design Consultant

Magnum Furniture Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, enthusiastic Design Consultant to manage client relationships and drive product sales. You’ll handle WhatsApp inquiries, assist clients in selecting furniture, prepare quotations, and build lasting partnerships with architects. This is a customer-facing role that blends sales, design advisory, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

• Handle WhatsApp inquiries and follow-ups
• Guide customers in selecting suitable furniture products and finishes
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
• Provide showroom walk-throughs and product consultations

Design Support & Quotation:

• Create and share quotations tailored to client needs
• Work with the design and production teams to customize offerings
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions

Architect Outreach:

• Meet and build relationships with new architects
• Share product catalogs, samples, and initiate long-term associations
• Regularly follow up with architecture and design firms for ongoing collaborations

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Malayalam, Hindi, and English
• Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for interiors
• Basic knowledge of furniture materials, styles, and finishes (training will be provided)
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, basic Excel, and quotation preparation
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cherthala
• Female candidates preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Prior experience in client servicing, retail sales, or interior consultation
• Passion for modern furniture and styling trends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
