Senior Business Developer

As a Senior Business Developer at Camco India, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's presence in the Indian subcontinent by driving new business opportunities and supporting customer relationships in the ports and logistics sector. Reporting locally to the CEO of Camco India, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, representing Camco's automation solutions, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Your key responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities within ports, terminals, and logistics companies across India, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, understanding customer needs to match them with appropriate solutions, preparing and delivering professional sales presentations and proposals, coordinating with technical teams for bids and pricing, leading the tendering process, maintaining CRM records, representing Camco at various events, and achieving annual sales targets. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, logistics, or a related field, along with more than 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automation, logistics, IT solutions, or infrastructure. You should possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, familiarity with CRM tools, fluency in English (proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus), and be willing to travel across India and occasionally abroad for training or meetings.
