Role Description

As a Senior Business Analyst (Trade & Transaction Regulatory Reporting), you will play a vital role in driving business growth and efficiency through data-driven insights and recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement. Your expertise in Python, AWS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, NoSQL, VOC, Cloud optimization, Big Data Analysis, Capital Market Analysis, and Trade and Transaction reporting will be critical in transforming raw data into valuable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and industry research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and identify growth opportunities
• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Create data models and design systems to capture, store, and analyze large volumes of data
• Utilize AWS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and NoSQL to build robust data pipelines and perform data transformations
• Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with the development team to implement data solutions, ensuring data integrity and security
• Optimize cloud infrastructure and resources to reduce costs and improve performance
• Conduct capital market analysis to assist in financial planning and decision-making
• Develop and maintain trade and transaction reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Proven experience of Regulatory Reporting - MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR, etc
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, NoSQL, VPC, Cloud optimization, Big Data Analysis, Capital Market Analysis, and Trade and Transaction reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate and timely results
• Certification in AWS, Big Data, or Business Analysis is a plus.

Note- 3+ years of Regulation experience is a must.
