Salary: 12 - 20 LPA Location: Remote (India) Work Schedule: Flexible Working Hours ORANTS AI is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Business Analyst to be the crucial link between our business objectives and technical solutions. If you excel at understanding complex requirements, defining clear specifications, and driving successful project outcomes in the AI and Big Data space, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders for AI and Big Data product development. Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists throughout the software development lifecycle. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions. Create process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize solutions. Support testing efforts by reviewing test cases and ensuring alignment with requirements. Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights into business processes and data interpretation. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS, AI, or Big Data product development environment. Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams. Strong understanding of data structures, databases, and reporting tools. A natural curiosity for new technologies, especially in AI and machine learning.
