Salary: 28 - 36 LPA Location: Remote (India) Work Schedule: Flexible Working Hours ORANTS AI is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex AI and Big Data projects. If you're a master at orchestrating diverse teams, managing intricate project lifecycles, and ensuring successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent AI and Big Data projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Foster strong communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, sales, marketing). Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, best practices, and established methodologies (Agile/Scrum). Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of ORANTS AI's project management practices. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on software development, AI, or Big Data projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating challenging situations. Experience with stakeholder management and client communication. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) is a significant plus. Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage distributed teams effectively.
