Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to collect, analyse, and document requirements from stakeholders and customers.
  • Understanding of how to create workflows and identify areas for process improvements in customer support operations.
  • Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications documents (FSDs), user stories, and process maps.
  • Effectively communicate requirements to technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between key stakeholders, including customer support teams and technical teams.      
  • Strong verbal and written communication to convey technical requirements to both business and IT teams as well as to interact with Client stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with team members and provide clear updates.
  • Work with data - clean, manipulate and analyse data for meaningful insights and updates.      
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes.


Requirements


  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
  • Strong writing skills

  • Excellent communication abilities

  • Prior experience in preparing relevant documents

  • Experience working with international clients

  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing and expert in BRD/FRD creation and development 
  • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Experience with pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and charts.
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Extremely organised with strong time-management skills
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
