• Solid understanding of writing functional specifications and process flows.
• Basic knowledge of SQL – able to write simple queries, joins, and filters.
• Experience using Power BI – able to interpret dashboards and assist in data storytelling.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
• Domain knowledge in BFSI, Healthcare, Logistics, Retail or Manufacturing (or any other industry). • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, KPIs, and data validation.
• Certifications like CBAP, CCBA.
