Sr. Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management

  : Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Data Analysis

  : Perform in-depth analyses to uncover insights, trends, and correlations supporting business and product decisions.

• Reporting & Visualization

  : Build intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for leadership and stakeholders.

• Predictive Modelling

  : Develop statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.

• Collaboration

  : Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Communication

  : Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based company.
• Strong proficiency in

  SQL, Python, and Excel

  .
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
