About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to work closely with our Brand & CommunicationsLead, supporting brand strategy, content planning, and creative execution across Subko’secosystem.This role sits at the intersection of strategy and storytelling ideal for someone who can think bigabout how our brand shows up across platforms and then write with clarity, precision, and toneto match. You’ll help shape how Subko communicates across Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube,Substack, and more, ensuring every piece of content feels considered, cohesive, and distinctly“Subko.”You’ll collaborate with internal teams (content, design, retail, e-commerce, and events) andexternal partners to bring campaigns and ideas to life, maintaining consistency acrosseverything we put out.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Report to the Brand & Communications Lead to develop and execute multi-channel
brand and content strategies.
  • Lead content planning and calendarization across platforms, ensuring alignment with
product launches, seasonal moments, and broader brand objectives.
  • Write and edit copy for campaigns, posts, newsletters, and scripts in line with Subko’s
tone of voice.
  • Write clear, actionable, and creatively rich briefs for design, photography, and video
teams — and provide accompanying copy to ensure smooth execution and brand
alignment.
  • Offer constructive feedback and editing support to ensure all content meets brand
standards with minimal revisions.
  • Collaborate with Studio Substance (our in-house content team) to bring campaigns and
ideas to life across a variety of formats.
  • Support the development of creative briefs and oversee end-to-end execution and timely
delivery.
  • Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and sentiment to continuously
refine content strategy and effectiveness.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members as needed, ensuring creative output remains
high in quality and efficiency.

Required Skills

  • 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand communication or content
strategy preferably within F&B or Lifestyle space
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an impeccable grasp of English grammar and brand
tonality.
  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-platform content st
  • Proven ability to lead content strategy while also executing hands-on
  • Familiarity with Instagram and other social platforms’ formats, algorithms, and best
practices.
  • Comfortable using a phone camera and editing tools to shoot and post content.
  • Prior experience managing a team is preferred.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-
paced environment.
  • Strong cultural awareness with an eye for aesthetic and trends
