Senior Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  launch, retail operations, and growth

  of cosmetics brands in India, starting with

  Seasonally

  .
• Oversee the

  end-to-end performance of cosmetics retail stores

  , including sales, merchandising, staffing, and customer experience.
• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals and retail realities.
• Collaborate with key players such as

  Nykaa, Baccarose, BCPL, TARZ, Charles & Keith

  , and others for distribution and visibility.
• Manage retail marketing initiatives, in-store branding, and promotional campaigns.
• Guide and support junior brand managers in day-to-day execution.
• Plan and execute new store openings, product launches, and in-store activations.
• Monitor and analyze retail KPIs like footfall, conversion, and sales to refine strategy.
• Identify opportunities for category expansion and new retail formats.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience

  in

  cosmetics brand management and retail operations

  (store-level management experience is essential).
• Prior experience with companies such as

  Nykaa, Baccarose, BCPL, TARZ

  , or similar cosmetics-focused organizations is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage retail store networks and drive sales performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;

  MBA is a plus
