Job Description

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key brand partners. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing high-impact influencer marketing strategies, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and driving client retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong background in brand management, digital marketing, or influencer campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Own end-to-end client communication for assigned brand accounts.
  • Understand brand objectives deeply and translate them into actionable influencer marketing plans.
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent delivery, proactive ideation, and strategic guidance.

Strategy & Campaign Planning

  • Lead brand strategy discussions and pitch influencer marketing solutions tailored to client goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, planning, and influencer sourcing teams to craft innovative campaigns.
  • Prepare and present strategic campaign decks, performance reports, and case studies.

Campaign Oversight

  • Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns from planning to delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (creators, operations, and content teams) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign progress, optimize on-the-go, and resolve issues swiftly.

Growth & Retention

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase brand investments.
  • Analyze performance metrics to showcase ROI and drive future planning.
  • Ensure client renewals through continuous value delivery and performance tracking.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Collaborate with junior brand managers or associates, mentoring them as needed.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are brand-aligned and meet agency standards.

  • Requirements

    • 2–8 years of experience in brand management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or advertising.
    • Proven experience in managing large-scale influencer campaigns across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign reporting and insights.
    • Passion for social media, content, and creator ecosystems.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
