Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Branch Manager, based in Nellore. The Senior Branch Manager will lead the branch operations, oversee sales and business development activities, and manage team performance to achieve financial and operational goals. This role requires maintaining customer relationships, driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance with company policies, and analyzing market trends to develop strategies. Additional responsibilities include mentoring staff, handling customer inquiries, and overseeing loan portfolio management to ensure quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve targets and maintain performance standards
• Strong experience in financial services, particularly in vehicle financing, leasing, or housing finance
• Sales and business development skills, including market analysis and strategy formulation for growth
• Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and build long-term partnerships
• Analytical and decision-making abilities to monitor and manage loan portfolios, ensuring minimal risks and high profitability
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and adherence to company policies
• Proficiency in communication and negotiation, with a focus on achieving client satisfaction
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications are a plus
• Prior experience working in financial institutions or vehicle finance companies is preferred
