Senior Full-Stack Blockchain Developer (RWA & DeFi)

The Role

We are Prime Ambit, a fast-growing fintech and Web3 company bridging traditional finance and blockchain. We are building asset tokenization platforms and crypto mining infrastructure, alongside delivering high-end client projects.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Blockchain Developer who is a hands-on builder. You will be the primary technical owner of our projects, responsible for writing secure smart contracts for Real World Assets (RWA) and DeFi Lending Protocols, integrating them with modern frontends, and ensuring our products work flawlessly.

You will report directly to the Founder and manage a small team of entry-level developers. This is an execution-heavy role: we need someone who can independently research, code, and deploy without needing a Product Manager to write every ticket.

Technical Stack

You must be capable of deploying a full dApp from scratch.

1. Core Blockchain & RWA Standards

• Smart Contracts: Solidity (Hardhat/Foundry) with a focus on gas optimization and security.
• RWA Token Standards: Deep understanding of ERC-3643 (T-REX Protocol) and ERC-1400 for permissioned security tokens.
• Identity Management: Experience integrating OnchainID or similar DID (Decentralized Identity) systems for whitelisting wallet addresses (KYC/AML compliance).
• Oracles: Chainlink Functions (for bringing off-chain asset data, like asset prices or property valuations, on-chain)

2. DeFi & Lending Logic

• Lending Protocols: Deep understanding of the business logic behind platforms like Aave/Compound (Over-collateralization, Liquidation Thresholds, Loan-to-Value (LTV) calculations, and Interest Rate Models).
• Collateral Logic: Ability to write contracts where users lock volatile assets (BTC/ETH) to mint or borrow stablecoins (USDT/USDC), including automated solvency checks.

3. Full-Stack Development

• Frontend: Next.js / React.js (High-performance dashboards for investors).
• Web3 Integration: Wagmi, Viem, or Ethers.js (Connecting wallets to contracts).
• Backend: Node.js (NestJS/Express) or Python (FastAPI) for off-chain logic and database management.
• Storage: IPFS / Arweave (For storing legal documents and property deeds in a decentralized way).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect RWA Protocol: Design and deploy permissioned tokens.
• Build DeFi Financial Models: Design smart contracts that handle lending/borrowing lifecycles—calculating health factors, triggering liquidations when collateral drops, and managing collateral reserves.
• End-to-End Delivery: Translate business goals into a live product (Smart Contract + API + Frontend).
• Technical Leadership: Assign tasks to entry-level developers, review their code, and fix critical bugs before deployment.
• Security First: Implement "Guard Rails" in smart contracts to prevent hacks (Reentrancy, Access Control, Flash Loan attacks) and manage successful audits.
• Solve Complex Problems: Independently figure out technical blockers (e.g., "Which Layer-2 is best for low gas fees?" or "How do we automate dividend payouts?").

• You Ship: You don’t get stuck in "tutorial hell." You have deployed mainnet contracts that hold real value (TVL).
• You Understand "Money Legos": You don't just copy code; you understand the financial engineering behind it. You know how Uniswap pools work, how lending protocols maintain solvency, and how liquidity pools operate.
• You Are Audit-Minded: You understand Reentrancy, Oracle manipulation, and Front-running, and you code defensively.
• In-Office Discipline: You thrive in a collaborative, high-energy office environment and are comfortable with a 6-day work week.

This role is NOT for you if:

• You are looking for a "Manager" title where you only delegate tasks. You must write code every day.
• You have never deployed a smart contract to Mainnet.
• You are looking for a remote or hybrid role.
• You need a Product Manager to write every single ticket for you before you start working.
