Job Summary

The Senior BD Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging expertise in Business Scorecard and Cheminformatics. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with 8 to 12 years of experience to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance and achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Utilize Business Scorecard techniques to measure and improve business performance.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster business development.
Lead negotiations and manage contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth.
Oversee the preparation of business proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Ensure alignment of business development activities with company goals and objectives.
Manage and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
Track and report on key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Demonstrate expertise in Business Scorecard techniques to drive business performance.
Possess strong analytical skills to conduct market research and analysis.
Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
Have experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans.
