Senior Backend Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with 6+ years of expertise in building scalable, high■performance backend systems, APIs, and integrations. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing backend architecture and collaborating with cross■functional teams to deliver high■quality AI■driven products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices.

• Build clean, efficient, and scalable backend architectures.

• Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and reliability.

• Integrate third■party APIs, messaging systems, and automation tools.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems.

• Implement secure coding practices, error handling, and monitoring.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

• Write unit, integration, and load tests.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• 6+ years of experience as a Backend or Software Engineer.

• Strong experience in: - Python, Django, FastAPI - Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ or other message brokers

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Excellent debugging, problem■solving, and performance optimization skills.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines. 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

• Understanding of asynchronous processing and queue systems.

• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system design.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects.
