Job Description

Role: Senior Tosca Automation Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, India - Onsite

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Tosca-based automation efforts and ensure best practices.
  • Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases.
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and PMs to understand requirements.
  • Mentor and guide test automation engineers.
  • Execute and optimize automated test scripts.
  • Improve and maintain Tosca automation frameworks.
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend enhancements.
  • Track and communicate test progress, risks, and issues.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Log, track, and follow up on defects.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in test automation, including 6+ years in Tosca.
  • Strong expertise with Tosca Test Suite and automation methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
  • Proficient in test management and defect-tracking tools.
  • Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and Agile experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Exposure to other automation tools/frameworks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with DevOps pipeline tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
