Here’s a short video to give you an overview of who we are and what we do: Job Overview : As the Senior Associate - University SPOC – UK , your primary role is to manage end-to-end university coordination for assigned institutions in the UK. You will serve as the single point of contact to ensure timely communication, smooth processing of student applications, and optimization of key admission metrics. Your coordination will directly impact student satisfaction, team productivity, and business growth from partner associates and branch offices Key Responsibilities: Act as the Single Point of Contact for all admission-related queries and processes with allocated UK Universities. Drive maximum conversions from the available offers Maintain strong professional relationships and stay updated with university guidelines, timelines, and protocols. Ensure real-time dissemination of updates (e.g., deadlines, scholarships, enrollment procedures) to internal teams, branch offices, and partners. Drive accountability by ensuring timely responses on coursefinder.ai and other platforms. Conduct regular team huddles to share recent university updates and ensure alignment. Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly metrics on student applications and processing. Proactively monitor and follow up on key processes including: Deferred admissions Agent appointments and changes CAS requests and documentation Visa processing Tuition fee payments via Flywire Keep student records and statuses updated on coursefinder.ai in real-time. Build in-depth knowledge of: University courses, eligibility, and scholarships Admission workflows on coursefinder.ai Academic and English language proficiency requirements Offer acceptance and visa funding processes Participate in regular training, webinars, and knowledge-building initiatives. Regular promotions to be done via Mailchimp, WhatsApp, social media Participating in events conducted by the partner associates to promote the assigned universities Monitor team performance to align their KRA’s and KPI’s. Prepare reports to monitor the conversions quarterly and discuss the same with the management Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Operations, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience Strong coordination and relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong process orientation Analytical thinking with data reporting capabilities Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership Male candidates preferred Show more Show less
