The Transfer Pricing - Tax team is responsible globally for ensuring that AXA XL complies with Transfer Pricing rules and documentation requirements in all countries in which it operates. Working directly with the business to understand and document the functions, assets and risks in each country, monitoring the results of intra-group transactions, working with external consultants to benchmark against third parties, producing OECD and other format Local and Master Files.
What you’ll be doingWhat will your essential responsibilities include?
- Preparing the Transfer Pricing documentation especially the templates in line with local requirements across all AXA business lines and in up to 25 countries.
- Assist the manager in working with local business management to collate data for the preparation purposes
- Assist the manager in taking notes on discussions with Country Managers and other business staff to document Functions, Assets and Risks of the respective entities
- Provide the data for the purpose of future TP audits
- Maintain the data repository in Share Point and a risk assessment matrix in Excel

Required Skills And Abilities
- Master’s degree in commerce/ Chartered Accountant with relevant experience in Transfer Pricing
- Robust in MS office, specifically, Word and Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and Power query will be an added advantage
Desired Skills And Abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good analytical skills - the ability to work on large volumes of data (both narrative and numerical) is important
