Your Expertise:

🔹 Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe SSM certification – mandatory

🔹 Experience with agile delivery, preferably with Microsoft products like Dynamics & data transformation

🔹 Familiar with Jira & Confluence for seamless sprint and project management

🔹 Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tooling/processes is a plus

🔹 Background in BFSI or peer banking sectors is highly desirable Your Individual Superpowers:
