About the role
Working closely with the PPC Manager / Senior Manager, media agencies, and platform partners, you will help execute and optimise paid search campaigns across Google
Ads, Microsoft Bing, SA360, Apple Search Ads, and Shopping feeds.
You will operate at the intersection of execution, analysis, and collaboration, supporting campaign delivery while contributing insights, testing, and continuous improvement
across one of the UK's most sophisticated digital retail environments.
You will be responsible for

- Support the day-to-day execution and optimisation of Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, SA360, Apple Search Ads, and Shopping feeds.
- Assist in maintaining campaign structure, targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Support Paid Search activity across Tesco Groceries and F&F Online, with a clear focus on customer acquisition and retention.
- Deliver regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights for internal teams and media agencies.
- Monitor key performance metrics and highlight opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and scale.
- Ensure campaign performance remains aligned to trading priorities and wider business goals.
- Collaborate with media agencies on test-and-learn initiatives, introducing new search solutions and platform innovations.
- Leverage media science and measurement frameworks to support accurate performance evaluation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging Paid Search capabilities.
- Partner with tech and analytics teams to support tagging, tracking, and ad hoc technical requests, ensuring correct implementation and data integrity.
- Ensure Paid Search activation aligns with audience strategies and integrated marketing plans.
You will need
Experience in retail, grocery, or large-scale e-commerce.
- A passion for digitial marketing
- A can-do and inquisitive attitude.
- Exposure to Shopping feeds and feed optimisation.
- A creative and curious mind with an appetite to learn and challenge.
- The ability and energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tagging, tracking, and digital analytics tools.
- A strategic and future facing brain.
- Confident communicator, able to engage internal teams and agency partners on
both operational and strategic matters.
- Experience in testing and optimisation, with the ability to develop hypotheses and
apply learnings to improve performance
