Senior Associate - Paid Search

We are looking for an SEM Sr Associate with a strong background in paid search advertising to assist in the development, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns primarily on Google and Bing platforms. This role will involve collaborating with various teams and reporting to the SEM Manager. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and managing paid search campaigns across platforms to align with marketing objectives, conducting keyword research, analyzing campaign performance metrics, collaborating with other marketing teams, recommending A/B testing, staying updated with industry trends, and supporting the SEM Manager with tasks and projects. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in paid search advertising, proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include Google Ads certification, experience in B2B search campaigns, familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels, knowledge of tools like Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Demandbase, and web analytics tools.
