What you will be doing?

• Partner with stakeholders to understand talent needs, refine role requirements, and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, assess, and shortlist high-caliber talent using a mix of traditional channels and creative sourcing techniques across tech, product and sales.
• Support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and policy administration.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and compliance with internal standards
• Assist in developing people programs related to culture, engagement, performance, and employee well-being.
• Facilitate employee queries with sensitivity, confidentiality, and a problem-solving mindset.

Desired Profile?

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations, preferably in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (good to have pedigree).
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with an ability to build trust and credibility across teams.
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach with strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and contribute to decision-making with structured thinking.
• High standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
