Senior Associate - Financial Planning & Analysis

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting monthly and quarterly investor updates, board notes, and presentations.
• Compile financial data, business metrics, and input from cross-functional teams.
• Support creation of strategic narratives and performance summaries for investors.
• Investor Relations & Coordination**
• Liaise with investors, external IR agencies, and internal teams.
• Help prepare investor meeting materials—briefs, Q&A, and follow-ups.
• Maintain investor records, CRM logs, and communications.
• M&A Research & Market Intelligence**
• Conduct research on potential acquisition targets—company profiles, markets, competitors.
• Track sector trends, funding activity, and comparable transactions.
• Help maintain an M&A pipeline for future opportunities.
• Strategic Finance Support**
• Work on financial models, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses with the finance team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to validate data and assumptions.
• Assist leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, structured thinking, and proactive mindset.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn; ability to handle ambiguity.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint (training provided).
