Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect with 5+ years of professional experience to lead our architectural and interior design projects. The role involves design leadership, client coordination, and team management to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architectural and interior design development for premium residential and commercial projects.

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and convert them into functional and aesthetic design solutions.

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and 3D presentations.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, local bye-laws, and project specifications.

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution.

• Mentor and guide junior architects, designers, and interns.

• Conduct site visits to monitor execution and resolve design/technical issues.

• Research and integrate innovative design trends, sustainable practices, and new materials into projects.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design (residential & commercial).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and project coordination.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

• Ability to lead design teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
