Interior Architect

As an Interior Architect at WorthSpace, you will play a vital role in our team by utilizing your skills and creativity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects. From the initial concept to the final execution, you will be responsible for creating functional and beautiful spaces that align with our clients" visions. Your main responsibilities will include understanding client needs, developing design concepts, presenting detailed proposals, coordinating with contractors and vendors, conducting site visits for quality control, staying updated on design trends, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the smooth flow of projects. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of hands-on interior design experience. Proficiency in software such as 3Ds Max and AutoCAD is essential, as well as a strong understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and materials. A compelling portfolio showcasing your past design work is required, along with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred skills include experience in sustainable design, knowledge of project management tools, certifications from recognized design institutions, and experience in handling both residential and commercial projects.
