Junior Interior Designer — Hospitality/Hotel Projects | Clear Bracket’s Client (Delhi NCR) Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office) Experience: 2–3 years (min. 1 year in hospitality interiors) Type: Full-time | Immediate to November 2025 About the Role Clear Bracket is hiring for one of its design-led clients in the hospitality interiors space . We’re looking for a Junior Interior Designer who combines creative sensibility with technical clarity. The role supports senior designers on hotel and restaurant interiors — turning ideas into detailed drawings, coordinated layouts and presentation boards that reflect a refined aesthetic. What You’ll Do Assist senior designers in concept development, space planning and detailing for hospitality projects. Prepare AutoCAD drawings , SketchUp models , and Photoshop presentations . Coordinate with MEP consultants and vendors for drawing updates. Develop furniture and fixture details; maintain material and spec sheets (Excel). Research materials, finishes, and design trends relevant to hospitality interiors. Contribute to moodboards and visual explorations; AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly) are a plus. What You’ll Bring Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop , and MS Excel . Prior exposure to hospitality interiors (hotels, restaurants, resorts). Strong understanding of materials, colours, trends and furniture detailing. Clear English communication, reliability, and disciplined work habits. Adaptable, collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced design team. Nice to Have Some experience in client communication or design coordination. Curiosity about AI-aided design workflows.
