What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end creative delivery across print, digital, and report design.
• Review and approve design work; uphold quality and brand coherence.
• Supervise project timelines, ensuring delivery discipline and minimal rework.
• Collaborate closely with clients, understand briefs, and communicate progress effectively.
• Mentor junior designers; foster collaboration and growth.
• Stay current with tools, trends, and emerging design practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in graphic design (agency or studio experience preferred).
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, and storytelling through design.
• Excellent communication skills – able to translate ideas clearly to clients and teams.
• Calm, dependable, and able to handle multiple projects with ownership.
