Hiring for one of Clear Bracket’s clients — a design-first architecture studio based in New Delhi.

You will bridge concept and construction, turning design direction into buildable drawings, coordinated documentation, and client-ready presentations. This role suits an architect who values precision, process, and people.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design detailing, documentation, and technical delivery (Concept → DD → GFC).
• Coordinate vendors, consultants, and internal teams for issue-free execution.
• Create and track monthly work allocation; mentor junior designers.
• Maintain stage checklists, quality control, and documentation hygiene.
• Prepare crisp, design-intent presentations for internal and client use.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–6 years’ experience in design delivery and detailing.
• Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Enscape.
• Clear design communication and coordination experience.
• Structured approach to planning and problem solving.
