Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of works. Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities. Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations on-site. Manage and supervise site labor, ensuring productivity and resolving technical issues. Track material requirements and usage, ensuring timely procurement and delivery. Attend site meetings and update management on project progress and challenges. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in residential or luxury construction projects (turnkey experience preferred). Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
