Interior Architect – We're Hiring! Location: Lucknow Company: Worth Space Type: Full-Time ______________ About the Role: Worth Space is looking for a skilled and creative Interior Architect to join our growing team. You’ll work on a variety of exciting residential and commercial projects, from initial concept to execution, creating spaces that are functional, beautiful, and aligned with client visions. ______________ Key Responsibilities: Understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle to shape personalized design solutions Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D renders Present detailed proposals including material selection, color schemes, furniture, lighting, and finishes Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and operations team to ensure smooth execution Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and innovations Manage budgets, timelines, and overall project flow ______________ What We’re Looking For: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field ✔5+ years of hands-on interior design experience ✔ Proficiency in 3D’s Max, AutoCAD, or similar software ✔ Strong understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and materials ✔ A compelling portfolio of past residential/commercial design work (required) ✔ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively ✔ Familiarity with design codes, building regulations, and documentation ______________ Preferred Skills: Experience in sustainable/eco-friendly design Knowledge of project management tools Certifications from recognized design institutions Experience handling both residential and commercial projects ______________ Why Work With Us?
