Senior Architect

We are inviting Senior Architects with 5+ years of Experience with Design flare, Good communication and coordination skills with team members.

Key responsibilities

• Project leadership: Lead all phases of architectural design projects, from initial concept development to final construction administration.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure all designs and project plans comply with governmental health and safety regulations, building codes, and zoning laws.
• Coordination and collaboration: Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, consultants, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Project oversight: Perform site visits and field reviews to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Budget and schedule management: Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and financial viability.
• Research and development: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, sustainable design practices, and new materials.

Qualifications and skills

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: A valid architectural license or registration with the relevant state or national architectural board.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in architecture, with a proven track record of managing small as well as complex, large-scale projects.

Hard skills

• Expert proficiency in design software, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) programs like s AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Strong experience in all phases of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.

Soft skills

• Leadership: Excellent leadership and team-building skills to motivate and guide design teams.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
