Position Overview

The Senior Architect is responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring excellence in design, technical quality, and project delivery. This role involves creative leadership, technical expertise, and strategic project management, while mentoring junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities1. Design Leadership

• Lead the development of conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs.
• Translate client requirements into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling solutions.
• Oversee design presentations, 3D visualizations, and final approvals.
• Maintain the firm’s design philosophy, sustainability goals, and quality benchmarks.

2. Project Delivery

• Manage the entire project lifecycle — from initial client briefing to project handover.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure designs comply with local codes, NBC regulations, and statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, interiors) for integrated design solutions.

3. Technical Oversight

• Review and approve working drawings, construction details, and material specifications.
• Monitor BIM/Revit standards across all deliverables.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

4. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as the primary client contact for assigned projects.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and approval processes.
• Resolve design-related challenges quickly and effectively.

5. Team Development

• Mentor junior architects, interns, and support staff.
• Facilitate design reviews and internal training sessions.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative studio environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognised university.
• 6+ years of experience, with proven leadership in delivering large-scale residential/commercial/mixed-use projects.
• Strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM workflows, and presentation tools.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations, NBC codes, and approval processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
