Overview: Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability practices to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Project Involvement:

• Support the lead architect with conceptual and schematic design for ongoing projects.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, and documentation.
• Contribute to the preparation of construction documents and assist in site supervision.

Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to support project objectives.
• Assist in presenting design proposals to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for materials and technical clarifications.

Technical Skills & Compliance:

• Ensure design and documentation comply with applicable building codes and standards.
• Conduct research on materials, regulations, and best practices as required.
• Participate in quality assurance checks and resolve minor construction issues.

Team Support & Development:

• Mentor junior team members and interns in basic architectural processes and software use. Attend and contribute to internal team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support the implementation of new tools, including BIM (Revit/AutoCAD) and sustainable design practices.

Process Improvement:

• Suggest process improvements for design workflows and documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, software, and sustainable design strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on architectural experience.
• Exposure to all stages of project lifecycles: concept, design development, and construction supervision.

Technical Proficiency:

• Competency in AutoCAD, Revit (or similar BIM software), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction documentation.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation abilities (written and verbal).
• Collaborative approach and ability to contribute within multidisciplinary teams.

Portfolio:

• Demonstrable work portfolio featuring contributions to completed architectural projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
