Senior Architect

About the Role

Senior Architect

Core Responsibilities

Lead
design development
from concept through construction, using tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines and quality goals.
Conduct
site visits
to ensure specifications are followed and resolve any implementation issues.
Mentor mid- and junior‑level teammates, guide deliverables, and enforce QA/QC across documentation.
Present design proposals to clients, track feedback, and manage design revisions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
5+ years
in a professional architecture role—ideally including leadership or independent project delivery experience. (Templates often expect 8–10 years, but experience from 5+ years can suffice depending on complexity of work.)
Proficiency in
Revit and AutoCAD
; familiarity with BIM tools, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Experience in
High Rise
Structures preferred.
Knowledge of
local building codes, zoning regulations
, and sustainability standards.
Strong communication, client-facing, presentation, and leadership skills.
