Overview: Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability practices to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. Project Involvement:

● Support the lead architect with conceptual and schematic design for ongoing projects.

● Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, and documentation.

● Contribute to the preparation of construction documents and assist in site supervision.

2. Coordination & Communication:

● Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to support project objectives.

● Assist in presenting design proposals to stakeholders.

● Coordinate with contractors and vendors for materials and technical clarifications.

3. Technical Skills & Compliance:

● Ensure design and documentation comply with applicable building codes and standards.

● Conduct research on materials, regulations, and best practices as required.

● Participate in quality assurance checks and resolve minor construction issues.

4. Team Support & Development:

● Mentor junior team members and interns in basic architectural processes and software use. Attend and contribute to internal team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.

● Support the implementation of new tools, including BIM (Revit/AutoCAD) and sustainable design practices.

5. Process Improvement:

● Suggest process improvements for design workflows and documentation.

● Stay updated on the latest industry trends, software, and sustainable design strategies.

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

Professional Experience:

● Minimum 3 years of hands-on architectural experience.

● Exposure to all stages of project lifecycles: concept, design development, and construction supervision.

Technical Proficiency:

● Competency in AutoCAD, Revit (or similar BIM software), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

● Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction documentation.

Soft Skills:

● Strong communication and presentation abilities (written and verbal).

● Collaborative approach and ability to contribute within multidisciplinary teams.

Portfolio:

● Demonstrable work portfolio featuring contributions to completed architectural projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
