As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading our architectural projects from conception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Architectural Design: Developing innovative and functional architectural designs that align with client needs and project requirements.
Client Handling: Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision, and effectively communicating project progress and updates.
Project Management: Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
Team Leadership: Managing a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Financial Management: Handling project invoicing, cost tracking, and budgeting to ensure efficient financial operations.
